• Design, develop and manage L&D programs related to Leadership Pipeline and Management Development, Workforce Skill Transformation and Talent Development
• Partner-consult with assigned businesses and manage their overall people development agenda
• Drive learning experience, learning culture and new-age learning methodologies
• Conduct learning needs analysis and prepare learning plans
• Manage a part of the L&D team
• Strong experience in instructional design and program delivery
