• Build and groom a high performing QA team to meet aggressive goals using the latest in tools and processes.
• Lead cross-functional QA efforts across multiple projects within a release ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of required functionality with production-ready quality.
• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of technical and business partners
• Provide leadership in the design, modification, development, and implementation of test automation architecture and framework.
• Responsible for the automation architecture and provides direction on automation techniques.
• Responsible for the research and implementation of the advanced features of test automation in an agile/scrum environment. Investigate and recommend systems/tools to support continuous integration and test automation objectives and processes
• Provide project status, metrics and process innovation to release manager, project leaders, and appropriate business leaders.
• Work with development leads to assess the best test approach per team to achieve Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline
• Recommend KPI’s to measure compliance of quality standards and effectiveness of corrective actions across all functions.
• Responsible to establish and implement industry standard best practices within the organization.
• Must be capable of articulating quality agenda, evolving quality mind-set in team and rallying team along to drive the quality culture across the organization
• Responsible to team formation, re/alignment within testing team and performance management. Training & hiring needs identification.
• Responsible to manage Vendors & partners related to software testing work for achievement of business objectives

• Experience in articulating, implementing, and successfully operationalising tool based performance testing, security testing, compliance testing and penetration testing.
• Participated in SOX audit, ISO 27001 audit and their implementation.
• Must have experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, subject matter experts and vendor resources.
• Should have led the process improvement initiatives
