• This position will be responsible for L3 activities of Middleware Technologies such as WLS, JBOSS, API Gateway, MFT, OAM, SOA.
• Responsible for implementing and supporting existing infrastructure technology solutions within the organization and analysing, evaluating, and implementing additional solutions productively and effectively.
• Co-Develop Integration roadmap, from an IT perspective
• Guide our customers in translating their integrations needs into solutions designs
• Keep your technology knowledge current and actively explore new opportunities
• Guarantee the stability of our environment
• Build integration solutions, document and foresee the necessary knowledge transfer
• Always think and reason from a customer’s perspective

• Responsible for supporting BAU activities for L3 operations for Middleware Technologies.
• Should have an innovation and automation factor in daily task
• Responsible escalated ticket handling from L3 support perspective
• Should have knowledge for handling critical situation business outages and should be ready for on call support.
• Should have knowledge of Big F5 LTM, Managed File Tranfers, Webgate an OIA, SOA, WLS, WAS components.
• Should have good analysis skills with tools knowldge such as TCM dump analysis (wireshark), Jmeter, Jmap
• Responds to systems alerts, investigates and resolves related system failures, and recovers/restores failed systems and applications.
