Job Description	Responsible for the quality and stability of Operational Support Systems solutions,Experience with a large scale telecommunications carrier on client facing roles and ability to lead team and achieve goals in time bound manner. Understanding & config (Writing FCL scripts) TeMIP Framework and function of each core module. Operation Context, Low Level Filters, TCP/CC, Collection Domain. Writing scripts for alarm enrichment, SNMP trap loading and config. Configure corrective filter to remapping alarms, view filter in client, export rules, UCA rules. Using GAT GUI tools to build ASCII Access Module.
Desired Profile	Understanding of ITSM lifecycle, Experience in CMDB, process design, CIT module,Good knowledge of ITIL concepts and preferably ITIL 2011 Expert/ITIL 2011 intermediate certified (desirable),specification, testing and delivery of end to end TeMIP.
