Job Details

• Manage the delivery schedules for retouching team, be a hands on leader to guide and mentor team while working on projects as well
• Learn Company’s products and processes, engage with global counterparts in understanding the requirements and setting up of systems to facilitate smooth delivery of retouched images
• Drive process improvments, facilitate knowledge capture and develop new textures/colors when the need arises.
• Ensure that the documentation and training content within the team is robust
• Be a active member of the rendering team and provide inputs for creating the necessary textures, materials, lights and cameras angles in order to create photorealistic renderings. This will be done with input from the set designers, photographers, art diretors, an stylists.
• Locate Company’s product models in the engineering storage systems, manage the storage of outputs inside of Company’s Data management systems
• Be flexible to provide insights into new developments inside of rendering team and work with them in close collaboration to optimize the processes of generating block out imagery.
• Plan for the development of team, streamlining of the workflow process with businesses

• Supervisory Relationships: reports to Senior Manager, Rendering and Animation
• Organization Relationships:
• Will work in close collaboration with rendering team manager and workflow coordinator on a day to day basis
• May need to contact with designers, art directors, stylists, photographers, and producers while the team works on block out studios and scene rendering projects.
• May need to contact with product engineering and industrial design in regards to gathering product geometry and trouble shooting.
