Job Description	Current book size is around 80 Crores,planning to cross more than 350 cross by next financial yr Moving to centralised Credit and disbursement model Recently raised 100Cr through Series B funding Current employee strength is around 400 across 9 locations Currently on-boarding 2500 customers per month Going to launch business in MP & UP Planning to Gradually move upwards to 15 branches onward
Desired Profile	The designation is GM/DGM Current budget for the role is 22-30 lakhs (fixed)+Performance Bonus The incumbent will look into Credit Risk Policy and Under-writing Candidates with experience in credit risk function of two-wheeler product are preferable Current team size contains 5 direct reportees, who manage underwriting, TPA and Branch deviation cases Position is based at HO Desired candidate should have 12-14 years of experience in Credit and Risk ,should have handled small ticket size loans in areas of PL,Auto,2W mass market segment Reference ID - GH/BFSI/JC//06032019//82276/Head-Credit
