Job Details

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of direct experience in Motors including manufacturing, marketing hands on experience.
• Should have thorough Knowledge of the Technical Aspects of different kinds of Motors, input materials for Motors, and the manufacturing processes for Motors.
• Should have had experience in direct selling of different types of Motors for high reliability applications in Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and Specialty Industrial segments for both Indian and International markets.
• Should independently survey the Indian and International markets, customers, product requirements, market potential and prepare a marketing strategy with a time bound conversion to business.
• Should be able to research Cost Structures for Motors manufacturing globally, and achieve Cost Leadership through cross functional teamwork for competitiveness in the marketplace.
