Job Details

• Partners with finance functional owners in leading the design, development, and testing of relatively complex and in-depth RPA solutions in accordance with enterprise leading practices and standards
• Partners with process owners to turn functional requirements into activities and technical requirements
• Identifies potential process optimization / re-engineering to streamline the use of RPA and helps the process owners envision the future-state and how work processes will change
• Facilitates all reviews and approvals
• Builds automation solution and overseas testing
• Ensures completion of all required documentation for automations, adding additional information as necessary
• Identifies, addresses, and communicates development risks and sets forth plans to manage those risks
• Supports process identification and vetting
• Supports Hypercare and migration
• Performs peer review of solution designs
• Trains stakeholders on future-state RPA process
• Mentors newly trained RPAA resources on best practices and development / design techniques
• Investigation and remediation of production level issues

• 8-15 years relevant experience including with minimum 7-10 in accounting and financial systems
• Significant project leadership
• Technical development / programming : Excel, Access, Macros
• RPA
• Re-engineering and improving business process models
• Western multinational and /or large consulting firm required
• High level proficiency in accounting and related work processes
• Strong in systems including RPA, Excel, Macros, Access and SAP
• Expertise in change management
• Strong communication skills with advanced level English
• Capably explains technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong collaboration skills
• Proficient in standard Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) processes (e.g., agile, waterfall, etc.)
