• Bucket wise resolution Strategy. Should be able to collect Over due Emi’s from the customers.
• Experience in bucket wise collection and roll back of cases.
• Problem solving skills.
• Should be adept in reducing the collection aging and principal outstanding
• Knowledge of Legal aspects relating to SME / LAP /Mortgage loan collections/ recoveries like Arbitration, Section 9, 138, 14 & SARFAESI act
• Should be good in client relation and collection from the customers on a timely manner
• Complete collection responsibility of branch and to solve critical cases.
• To achieve collection target given to him.
• To have contact of Collection agencies in the market.
• Collection MIS and Excel knowledge
• Continuous follow up with the clients for payment of EMIs.
• Understanding Legal procedure for LAP /SME collections
• Bucket wise collection strategy and MIS updation.
• To work on hard buckets and resolve the same
• To reduce the number of delinquent cases.
• Updating payment collection on daily basis.
• Good Rapport with repossession agencies.

• Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-8 Years of exp in collections from any Mortgage Loan / SME Loan / LAP/NBFC industries.
• Should be Self starter, High personal integrity, Target achiever, Team person, Supervisory skills & Effective problem solving attitude
• Should be well versed of Jaipur Market.
• Local candidates Preferred.
