Designation Manager - Business Intelligence - With Leading Pharmaceuticals Industry Client
Job Description
  • Coordination of Secondary sales processing and Primary sales extraction
  • Should have experience in Sales Crediting (mandatory requirement)
  • Brand wise SKU wise (Stock Keeping Unit ) secondary/primary reports to field force as per defined SLA
  • Cascade Targets to all Stake Holders
  • Incentive administration
  • Precise estimation of Incentive Budget based on agreed methodology
  • On time Incentive Disbursement
  • Run all sales contests and reward programs based on SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) defined guidelines
  • Running periodic Incentive surveys as defined by SFE and publish the results to sales leadership
  • Support selective adhoc reports for senior team (BU heads, commercial directors) as per defined SLAs
  • Support Incentive analytics projects with SFE and finance functions
  • Ensure regular publishing of Dashboards & Scorecards
  • Query resolution - Curbing noise levels
  • Leveraging IT for increased automation in MIS and Incentive administration
