Job Details

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop a roadmap, create product definitions, establish milestones and manage the implementation and evolution of the product development cycle
• The Delivery Director will need to work closely with the Product Lifecycle/Business team that will be studying the verifying feasibility of Products and feedback into the process from a technology/commercial angle
• Convert requirements specification to implementation plans for delivery
• This role will work closely with the Architecture Board that comprises of the Application, Data & Infrastructure Architect along with a Service Delivery Manager and Test Manager. This joint team will be responsible for the architectural definition, governance and maintenance of the Products portfolio
• Perform change management activities
• Ability to run projects using the agile methodology
• Strong leadership and communication needs for interfacing with internal teams and customers
• Should also have conflict management, presentation and negotiation skills

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members , clients and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good leadership to provide guidance to less experienced personnel
