Job Description
  • He/she will be responsible for 2 Wheeler Loan/Vehicle Finance product line contribution as a business unit with a focus on product profitability
  • He/she will build the 2 wheeler loan and other similar products from experiential learning, and help to develop new ideas based on industry experience and feedback from customers and prospects.
  • He/she must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy (in the line he/she is applying for); a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. Review the quality of existing data and ensure continuous enrichment of data relating to assigned product
  • Work with analytics and other departments and develop analytical models to support customer segmentation, improve the underwriting quality.
Desired Profile
  • To manage the entire 2 Wheeler product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • To lead all the activities related to 2 Wheeler product management and maintenance
  • To manage the design, features and benefits of 2 Wheeler loan product, volume forecasting & market share
  • To carry out pricing analysis, determine and support distribution channels, design, develop and implement promotional plans for the 2 Wheeler product
  • To specify market requirements for current and future 2 wheeler or similar products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
  • To overview dealer relationship management and rewards and recognition
  • To manage and maintain all MIS & create a data repository with strong excel knowledge
  • To drive a solution set across development teams (Credit, operations, technology, Risk & compliance, legal and Marketing Communications etc.) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning
  • To communicate with all areas of the company, including distribution/sales, credit, operations, technology, communication and strategy.
  • To work with and credit counterpart to define 2 Wheeler product underwriting and release requirements
  • To work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer
  • To serve as the internal and external evangelist for 2 Wheeler product offering, closely working with various department
  • To develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments including distribution/sales channels to execute
  • To organize 2 wheeler product trainings for launch, expansion and capacity building
  • To analyze potential partner relationships for the 2 Wheeler products
  • To prepare and execute the competition and market share strategy for the 2 Wheeler and related product line on an ongoing and pro-active basis.
  • To have a system understanding and design process and system for 2 Wheeler loan
