• Supplier Footprint Up gradation by robust process & controls Mechanism
• Knowledge of Heavy Fabrication process / Electrical / Casting & machining
• Part Development with Right first time approach using APQP/Tech review Approach
• PPM reduction by working with worst performing supplier
• Resolution of critical quality issue using 7 QC tools

ACCOUNTABILITY-PERFORMANCE MAPPING
ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensuring World Class Supplier Development
• Part development at 100% RFT.
• Maintain PPM within specified Targets
• 8D closure within specified time.
• Supplier upgradation to approved category.
• Supplier Audits and Closure of NC’s

• Minimum 9 years of experience in process audits, supplier quality audits, APQP

Need to have:

• Preferably from Construction Equipment / Heavy Earth moving / Automobile / Tractor Industry
• Understanding of the automobile/ Construction equipment manufacturing setup
