Job Details

• Expertise in optimization techniques such Linear/integer/Mixed integer Programming, Non-linear optimization, Dynamic optimization, etc and experience in Large scale optimization is essential
• Experience in model customization, incorporating different practical constraints and analysis of infeasibility issues.
• Experience in developing optimization solutions using mathematical theory and algorithms business areas such as inventory, logistics, planning, scheduling and forecasting
• Experience in logistics and Transportation domain is preferred
• Experience or understanding of machine learning algorithms such as SVM, Anomaly deduction, Neural Networks, PCA, Recommendation Algorithms would be advantage
• Knowledge of Statistical modelling and data mining techniques would be a plus
• Knowledge of computer science algorithms in general would be a plus

• Works with client to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome
• Collaborates with client subject matter experts to select the relevant sources of information
• Analyse data through statistics, modeling and simulations or other methods.
• Develop software, mathematical models, models and simulations, analytical programs and other tools
• Presents and depicts the rationale of their findings in easy to understand terms for the business
• Provides business metrics for the overall project to show improvements
• Leads the design and enhancement of algorithms
