Job Details

• Work closely with the Users to understand the requirements for DG Tools (Collibra, Issue Management Tool (IMT)) development/enhancement.
• Requirements documentation keeping the impact analysis and Integration between tools.
• Work with Tech Partners to explain them the requirements, provide clarifications and getting the capabilities delivered as per the requirements.
• Get involved in the entire user acceptance lifecycle.
• Prepare artifacts and communication documents to conduct business working sessions
• Provide customer service for day to day process/product related queries
• Understand the Release Cycles and align the respective quality assurance deliveries accordingly.
• Constantly evaluate the processes defined and provide recommendations of improvement to enhance efficiency and deliver effectively

• 5-6 years of relevant working experience. Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
• Strong understanding the Quality Assurance fundamentals/concepts and their application across the Testing Lifecycle
• Certification for Business Analyst and ISTQB preferred.
• Proficient in use of Database Query Tools like SQL
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Ability to understand processes and assist in implementation
• Self-motivated with the ability to take instruction and work independently
• Multi-tasking abilities and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize the work and provide quality deliverables in a timely manner.
• Able to demonstrate strong ownership
