Job Description
  • The incumbent will be responsible for Managing Direct Customer sales for range of Retail Solutions such as POS terminals, Payment systems and Digital Signage solutions. AlSO have experience in dealing with Retailers for Loyalty solutions and CRM & Analytic tools such as MS Dynamics etc.
  • Exposure to Key Account management and have a good relationship at IT head and CXOs level.
  • Develop and execute sales plan.
  • Identify, monitor and provide a timely and accurate forecast for future sales.
  • Represent views of the customer in strategy and planning.
  • Responsibilities also include interacting with customers for requirements, to achieve sales target numerically & revenue wise, to supervise channel management activities, to prepare a sales budget for the region.
  • Excellent customer relationship, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have Handled Top Retailer or regional retailers, in region directly.
  • Should be able to meet targets from main verticals- Retailers.
  • Can be self driven & able to handle the business independentaly.

  • Key Account, partner management and Direct Management Skills.
  • Know how about creating a business plan, financial plan and business case for both customer and company for the proposed solution
  • Significant track record in a hyper - growth environment desirable as expectations will be high and performance is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a critical member of a team.
  • Should have strong knowledge in various solutions of Retail- BI, CRM, W/House Management, POS applications, Retail specific ERPs, Barcoding solutions, RFID solutions.
  • Should have handled IT Infra of any big retailer.
  • Well Versed with New Technology in Retail Sector- NFC, Big Data, various analytics engines,
  • Should have handled Solution selling independently.
  • ERP selling skills in retailers.
  • The candidate should have Handled Large Enterprise Accounts and should have good knowledge of Solutions for the Enterprise Retail customers.
  • Understands relevant business issues and the organization's operating procedures and connects these to work priorities.
