Job Description
  • Responsible for Regional Service Executives (RSEs) job functions and deliverables every day.
  • Responsible for KPIs (Key Process Indicators) deliverables by all ASCs across the region for all Brands
  • Responsible for overall smooth functioning of ASCs across assigned region by driving respective RSEs towards common objectives.
  • Ensure ASC audits are conducted periodically by RSEs as per PJP (Permanent Journey Plan)
  • Responsible for timely review with RSEs on KPI performance, escalations, implementation of corrective actions and monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Coordinating with RSEs and ASVs (Authorized Service Vendor) to ensure Service readiness for Process & NPI (New Product Introduction)
  • Provide field feedback on product quality and ensuring necessary corrective actions are implemented as and when required
  • Responsible for network expansion plan based on Customer requirement.
  • Coordinating with the Logistics Partners in his region and Corporate office for seamless operations
  • Coordinating & meeting with Customer Support Team of the company' s Customer for resolving issues, give timely feedback etc.,
  • Ensuring that Escalations and End Customer issues are sorted out in timely manner & Implementation of corrective actions for resolving the customer escalations

  • SLA Management, Governance of RSEs, ASCs
  • Effective implementation of Business strategies and plans across ASC network
  • Health & Hygiene of ASC network
  • Commercial Discipline of the network. 
  • AR / AP collection.
  • Masters in business Admin will be added advantage. 
  • 5 + years in the same domain handling similar job profile.
  • A fair working knowledge, experience in service support networks, in a region
  • Strong analytical skills and is an interpersonal communicator with excellent written and oral English skills.
  • Team Player, Able to manage large Team handling varied brands and Network
  • Participates as individual contributor to the team, usually with limited professional expertise
  • Makes decisions affecting own work within set parameters.
  • Review priorities with the supervisor
  • A responsible, reliable, self-motivated specialist with good Team focus.
  • Willingness to travel.
