Job Details

• You will be responsible for maintaining the performance metrics of vaious large scale distributed ststems, to operate at its best capability, and will be responsible for spearheading the implementation of the same.
• You will also be responsible ot define these metircs upfront in design stage itself at each component level working along with the solution architect.
• Define the performance metrics to baseline the system performance under load for the various largescale system components
• Determine the metrics of each system component.
• Predict performance and identify bottlenecks that could arise in the production environment.
• Review production monitoring, identify performance issues and provide solutions / recommendations for performance improvement
• Performance troubleshooting skills & identifying bottle necks & providing solutions in overal architecture
• Provide technical leadership to performance testing resources
• Should have experienece in building atleast one such system e2e. This includes estimating the performance metrics thearetically at the time of design and cross validating and turing the system after through testing.

• Excellent in Solution & Design skills in IOT environment. Should have worked in atleast one E2E platform IOT solution to handle minimum of 100 million users/devices.
• Excellent platform server sizing skills should have experience doing it in AWS or Azure. Muti-data center & disaster recovery design and selection of suitable technologies
• Should have strong experience to design HA for all level of components in E2E platform solution.
• Must have writing functional & non-functional specifications for all components in E2E platform solution.
• Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to develop overall implementation strategy and drive the solution, customization, and integration efforts.
• Excellent understanding in atleast one of NOSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB). Hadoop & Spark MR cluster understanding , performance tuning & solution providing capabilities.
• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Self motivated and able to take initiative and make things happen. Ability to work in a team.
• Coordinate with other project teams and team members. Self managed and able to be accountable for deliverables
• Manage performance & functional team to define & set task for benchmarking the entire platform & use the metrics to troubleshoot & provide scalable solutions.
• Manage team to do quick POC(verify solutions) by providing solutions to the team.
• Need to be work with DevOps & Infra team memebers for finalyzing operations architecture.
• Should have good expertise on non-functional aspects (performance, HA, GR, scalability, volume, security)
• Should have experience in creating physical deployment architecture
• Should have understanding about monitoring, maintainability and support and tools used (zabbix, nagios etc.)
