Designation Account Manager Sales & Marketing - With Leading Automobile Industry Client
Job Description
  • This is an individual contribution role.
  • He/ she shall be responsible for creating and developing new OEM accounts, and strengthening existing OEM customers
  • He/ she will also assess product portfolio in line with evolving customer needs and current offering to the market working closely with product development and marketing group.
  • Analyze performance, market conditions and competitor's strategy and suggest solutions and implement the same.
  • He/ she will be responsible for delivering profitability for the OE vertical, stabilize profitable product pricing, and achieve gross margin percentage.
  • Drive initiatives and sales targets.
  • Being a single window contact with customer and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction index.
  • He/ She are expected to provide mature and strong leadership in their respective territory, thereby enhancing the stature and presence of the brand.
  • He/ she is expected to provide periodic insights on our product portfolio and current offerings to the product management teams to improve market alignment.
  • Develops relationships with multiple buying influences in the customers organization, including purchasing, technical, R&D, assembly and production team.
  • Works closely with engineering team to provide solutions to customers unique requirements.
Desired Profile
  • Candidate should be working Any Industrial Engineering product or Auto Ancillary
  • Product Company selling to various AUTO OEM'S
  • Experience of Auto OEM's is must.
  • Minimum 10 years experience of Sales is must.
  • Ability to work with Prominent OEMs on existing & futuristic programs
  • Open for travelling
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting terms
  • Communicates compellingly - Speaks and writes in an authentic and persuasive manner to strike a chord with the listeners, inspire their engagement and commitment, and compel action.
  • Time management and prioritization.
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements precisely and to communicate with engineering personnel
  • Ability to coach others and drive for business results
