Designation Senior Analyst -- HR - With Leading Retail Industry Client
Job Description
  • Counsels Managers and Associates regarding the intent, application, and compliance requirements of significant labor and regulatory laws.
  • Monitoring timelines for projects and initiatives; compiling and publishing data for governance, consolidating and tracking status updates on projects and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing basic trend analysis to ensure compliance; mentoring and providing guidance to others.
  • Train internal customers on systems, processes, and available resources. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to maximize efficiencies and eliminate redundancies.
  • Monitoring Human Resources processes and identifying improvement opportunities; and providing direct customer interface including filtering and escalating associate concerns, using policies, data, and resources; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback., acts as a liaison for customer and HR internal customer, identifying inconsistencies 
  • Summarizing data for reports and presentations; creating and maintaining reports, reporting tools, and templates; and maintaining information security and confidentiality.
  • Facilitate the production of Annual Pay statements as per local country requirements, ensuring these are processed and distributed timely.
  • Educate and provide consulting service to customers on systems, processes, and available resources;
  • Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as needed or directed
  • Developing and implementing talent plans; monitoring workforce planning processes; acquiring key talent; creating and ensuring implementation of action plans for diversity initiatives; analyzing talent management data; providing recommendations regarding talent strengths and development needs; engaging resources to address talent gaps and overseeing performance management processes and initiatives.
  • Performs Talent Reviews and risk assessments to identify, reward and retain high performers.
  • Gathering internal and external perspectives, trends, and other data specific to geographic area; creating potential initiatives; integrating business strategies with both global and divisional goals; aligning resources; executing plans; and monitoring region performance against plans.
  • Drives AOS process and reviews and analyses results to ensure consistent application of the open door process
  • Performs investigations of open doors and harassment claims to include making judgments on actions and coaching process
  • Compliance with varied country specific and complex HR, legal, and tax regulations.
  • Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as needed or directed.

  • Knowledge of PRC income tax and HK hypo tax, welfare benefits, allowances , social insurance, housing fund and cross board payment operation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR / Payroll systems capabilities and complexities across multiple modules, and conduct related training to internal customs.
  •  Familiar with HRMS payroll system and Office software.
  • Good understanding of local C&B practices, processes and related legislations.
  •  an environment of ethics and compliance.
  • Apply cultural sensitivity to understand key cultural differences and communication barriers when interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and language.
  • Understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships. This includes the ability to understand the industry, competition, expected future developments and challenges, and the units competitive strengths and weaknesses; use opportunities to grow the business and reduce operating costs; and have awareness of the environment for opportunities and threats.
