  • At least 5+ years at Supervisory function with Large Bank in TASC Business. Over all TASC experience of 10 + years.
  • Potential candidates should have good knowledge of TASC & GOVT business Product/ Customer/ Process.
  • Hands on experience of the business in the territory with Good communication and team management skills.
Desired Profile
  • Acquire TASC Business through Relationship Managers and Branches in the region
  • Meet Term deposit & CASA targets.
  • Ensure Customer delight and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to set internal compliance process related to business.
  • Ensure team is aware about the products and process through continuous coaching.
  • Track and monitor performance of the team members and take corrective measures.
  • Trained the team members on new products and process as well as current.
  • Tracking of RMs reports and performance management and provide support in team capability wherever required.
