• Ensuring the robustness of accounting systems to ensure that statutory, accounting and financial records are maintained for the company
• Ensuring compliance to Generally Accepted Accounting Standards, Principles and guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance to all systems and processes laid down for Finance, Accounts and taxation.
• Ensuring the finalization of the Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet statement with schedules and Monthly review.
• Variance analysis of all accounts month on month and finding the gaps
• Monitoring and scrutinization of Accounts. Ledger Scrutiny.
• Working with a company secretary to ensure that the decisions of the board of directors are implemented.
• Responsible and lead the company's finance, accounting, operation, funding, and cash-flow; plan, draft funding, financing, and capital projects
• Working on business finance for creating budgets as part of their financial planning strategies.
• Plan fund allocation in coordination with directors and project management team.
• Provide support on various business analysis processes, including capacity planning, verifying potential cost savings, unit costing, and activity-based costing.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
