• Branding & Promotions of Mind Power Financial Consultants Pvt. Ltd. on all possible online platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, Twitter etc.) 
• Content Generation through various online sources
• design and execute the marketing strategies across PAN India, producing results that deliver a wider reach and ultimately a bigger presence for the brand. The successful candidate will act as 360 marketing expert and be solely accountable for amplifying the message and awesomeness of the brand
• Execute engaging and innovative campaigns across digital, advertising, SEO and social
• Planning and execution of local and regional marketing campaigns and activity across offline and digital channels
• Work collaboratively with all members of the management team to make sure company is being represented in the right way
• Analyse campaign performance and present to senior management providing key insights to help make well-informed business decisions
• Manage and drive improvement strategies across user acquisition and retention.
• Help facilitate brand building and brand awareness
• Enable brand delivery across multiple channels and touchpoints, including PR, content, events, sponsorships, partnerships and sales communications.
• Ability to lead and run a business division independently. Prior experience of developing and executing marketing/business plans will be a plus.
• Passion for building a team and delivering business growth through diligent execution of plans is required to succeed in this role.
• Ability to experiment and solve new business problems
