Job Details

• Reporting into the Head of BI & DW, would be responsible for leading the MIS Reporting function of the bank
• While leading a team you would be responsible for implementation/ development of MIS reports leveraging the data-warehouse platform.
• Should be able to clearly translate business requirements into technical and analytical requirements.
• Ability to handle projects end-to-end and should be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the delivery of BI/ MIS reports to the end users and also manage changes associated with it.
• Work collaboratively with business unit heads to deliver MIS as well as Compliance/ Regulatory related Requirements.
• Lead a team to understand the MIS/ BI requirements of business stakeholders.
• Ensure the business SLAs related to delivery of data/ reports is done on time
• Work on new technologies to ensure optimum delivery of reports/ dashboards to end users. This could be in the form of self-service tools.
• Contribute to the delivery of the platform modernization program of the bank by evangelizing usage of BI Tools.
• Ability to Identify and analyze key data trends and insights.
• Develop and design simple reports, KPIs and scorecards

• Solid exposure in end to end implementation of MIS Reporting and business intelligence projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in query language SQL/T-SQL
• Database technology knowledge (Sql server, Oracle.)
• Basic Understanding and knowledge of SAS (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of Data Visualization and dashboarding tools like Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau (any of them)
• 12-15 years experience in retail banking, financial services
• Proven track record of leading teams across business intelligence and data management
• Experience with data presentation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
