Job Details

• To Support the sales team by way of generating leads and specifications from a pre-defined list of specifier firms.
• To do a complete organization mapping of all relevant stake holders of the specifier (architectural) firms.
• To build credibility and loyalty for ANI with these set of specifier (architectural) firms through relationship building and strong servicing
• Dealing with Principal Architects of all identified specifier (architectural) firms.
• Responsible for generating smart and tight specifications
• Responsibility includes providing Colour Aesthetics presentations to Top Architectural Firms and also In House Architects, establishing our supremacy in performance by providing systems & solutions to get our products specified.
• To influence the sales team to convert leads and specifications into sales.

Experience in Specification (handling architects) in paints or allied construction industry is a must.
Should have a flair for interacting with Senior Corporate Executives and Principal Architects of large Archiectural firms.
Being Customer focused is a prime requirement of the job.
Should have the ability to liaise with cross functional teams.
Good networking skills. .
