Job Details

• Analyse, respond, and manage complex Level 3 enquiries and problems originating from users or technical sources
• Ensure comprehensive support across the Treasury application portfolio
• Close coordination of tasks with teams in other international locations
• Help develop and implement application management standard methodologies
• Help to embed our culture of continuous improvement
• Help ensure application readiness during upgrade cycles
• Help ensure the applications are properly monitored and have the capacity they require
• Verify and ensure the quality of the run-books for our L2 teams are fit for purpose

• 5 years+ supporting enterprise applications, preferably in a Finance/Asset Management/Treasury/Banking domain. Corporate experience with payment and/or trading platforms is beneficial.
• Deep understanding of key ITIL processes, particularly incident and problem management
• Hands-on operating systems experience (Windows / Linux preferred)
• Shell scripting on operating systems such as Windows / Linux
• Relational database experience (DML,DDL), Oracle preferred
• Prior experience of automated testing
• Knowledge of processes orchestration / automation (UC4/Automic preferred)
• Prior exposure to ETL (Informatica PowerCenter preferred)
• Practical experience of Incident/Problem management platform (Service Now preferred)
• Exposure to supporting cloud-based applications
• Working knowledge of DevOps processes and concepts
• Exposure to agile methodologies
• Prior working experience in Finance and particularly Treasury areas gives an added advantage
