Job Details

• Keep a track on the regulatory reporting requirements applicable to the Bank and maintain a tracker of such reports/ returns;
• Co-ordinate with various teams and ensure submission of reports/ returns accurately and in timely manner;
• Work with functional teams for automation of returns while ensuring compliance to the data definitions laid down by the regulators;
• Engaging with regulatory authorities to facilitate discussions and/or seek specific guidance;
• Submission of ad-hoc reports and information as may be required by regulators;
• Submitting internal compliance certificates to group compliance team;
• Facilitate submission of various compliance reports to senior management/ Board/ ACC.
• Handling any other tasks/ projects as assigned by line management.

• Experience in managing compliances, regulatory audit and other statutory reporting around RBI regulations;
• Sound knowledge on generation and concepts of NDTL, CRR, SLR maintenance, liquidity ratios, and experience in filing regulatory and statutory returns, e.g. Form A/ VIII/ X, Liquidity Returns and other OSMOS returns;
• Experience in Basel norms, knowledge and experience in RWA analysis and calculation is desirable;
• Banking Regulation Act, Reserve Bank of India Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
