Job Description
  • Identifying new product opportunities, customer requirements and micro market requirements
  • Developing new processes/ streamlining existing processes for building in efficiencies / customer experience
  • To enable the sales team with better tools & processes to ensure that the targets related to Indirect\ Direct channel like business volume, DSA Empanelment and activation targets are met
  • Liaisoning with all stakeholders for effective implementation and management of products & processes
  • Maximizing revenue through development of annual operating plan and building strategies around fee based income, cross sell/up sell to enhance profitability of the vertical 
  • Manage product profitability, maximizing revenue from existing products and creating revenues from new products
  • Product health (strategies, documentation, processes, compliance, competitiveness, industry trends)
  • Manage Product Life Cycle
  • Marketing collateral (brochures, fact sheets, presentations)
  • Training (product handbook, provide content for courses, facilitating training, one-on-one)
  • Roadmap (business cases, partner management, prioritization)
  • Lead cross functional teams to deliver projects (Project Executive role, implementation, benefit realization)
  • Prioritize and deliver product enhancements

  • Effective monitoring and reporting
  • Leading the digitization initiatives of the vertical
  • Management presentations and reviews
  • Driving sales through various campaigns and enablers
  • Timely approval of pricing from approving authorities, resolution of pricing related customer escalations
  • Maintaining clean portfolio by tracking delinquency
  • Should preferably have a mortgage background
  • Excellent Communication Skills
