• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and SMEs to understand end-to-end Business process
• Identify and prioritize use cases based on business problems
• Understand key client performance levers (on-time delivery, cost etc.) and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in solution configuration, customization and user training
• Articulate solution to Business Stakeholders for solution signoff
• Identify areas of deployment of the solution to solve similar business problem
• Support evaluation of the digital platform, architectures and propose the right solution that best fits business requirements

• 7+ years of experience in defining specifications and business analysis requirements
• Strong communication, articulation, presentation skillsDefine and document business requirements especially in Report generation, dashboard building, alerts etc.
• Experience in working in business functional scoping into IT specification
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
