Designation Sr. Manager HRM - With Leading Steel Industry Client
Job Description
  • Implement the HRM strategy for shared services operations at department to ensure alignment with BU level strategy and organization goals
  • Support the effective implementation of HR processes within department to ensure the creation of an engaged workforce
  • Provide inputs on all industrial relations and contractual worker management issues and requirements within department through continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of human resources of the department to have an engaged, competent team and enable a working environment that drives high performance
Desired Profile

5-10 Years of experience in HRM in an organization of a similar scale, preferably manufacturing organization
- Exposure to specialist role of HRM like Talent sourcing, Talent Development, PMS etc. preferred
- Exposure to dealing with union on employee relations is must
- Deep understanding of HR/IR Concepts, including interpretation of related laws & rules of the state.
- Understanding of existing & future Group Dynamics of various demography.
- Basic knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing
- Interpersonal Effectiveness and Influence and Networking at target level
- Integrity , Achievement Orientation & Professional excellence
- Networking
