Designation Senior Manager - CRM Systems & Campaigns - With Leading Industry Associations Client
Job Description
  • Oversight of the Collections strategy structure and of assigned strategic pilots and champion-challengers currently running and planned
  • Proposing and supporting the design of strategy and pilot monitoring reports
  • Proposing and managing phasing from pilot to final solutions
  • Close cooperation with other Departments within Collections to ensure understanding and fulfilment of business needs for the whole function
  • Market research and investigation of cross-country and cross-department opportunities to propose innovations in strategy to improve collections results
  • Cost to Benefit impact estimations of potential new strategies and model implementations - building business cases for major strategy changes
  • Feasibility analysis preparation for Strategy change or implementation
  • Designing and proposing optimizations and improvements within currently used strategies
  • Optimization of currently running strategy processes to improve P&L Results
  • Proposing new KPIs and indicators better allowing to estimate the true benefits and costs of used strategies from a company perspective
  • Designing and implementing various Predictive Models, Champion-Challengers, Decision-tree segmentations and other data driven methods as a basis for new strategy branches
  • Proposing and designing Customer, Contract and other types of segmentations allowing for better adapted workflows with higher ROI and more relevant monitoring
  • Testing and confirming/disproving business-relevant hypothesis in the field of Collections raised internally or by a related department or function
  • Transforming business ideas and results of workshops and brainstorming sessions about collections strategy into concrete business proposals if relevant
  • Driving all forecasting and budget estimation related analysis for the Collections Function
  • Taking the role of Subject Matter Expert in strategy change discussions and decisions from a Strategy and Modelling perspective.
Desired Profile
  • 3+ years of relevant experience 
  • Experience with SAS campaign management for CRM 
  • Project management experience 
  • Prior exposure to customer lifecycle management in Financial companies 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Excel / Power Point / Database 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Self-starter and persistent; focused on results 
  • Highly adaptive to changes, able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment 
  • Out of the box thinking, able to find creative solutions 
  • Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with multiple level
