Hiring For One of the Leading Oil & Gas Firm.
Job Description
  • Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained across India by preparing quality policy and quality manuals and SOPs.
  • Lead and manage the strategic and operational performance of the Quality Department, ensuring the successful delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives, whilst adhering to regulatory compliance and achieving commercial success.
  • Maintain and improve departmental operational performance, to meet the requirements of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and external and internal customers, with respect to quality, service, lead time and cost.
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
  • Schedule and conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) once in quarter with Managing Director and with all top management.
  • Schedule and conduct ISO 9001:2015 internal audit and co coordinating with certification body for external certification or surveillance audits.
  • Interface with Mapping and Quality specialists in US NAIG team (North American Industrial Gas Quality assurance team.
  • Conduct RCA (Root Cause analysis) (good in 5 Why analysis / Cause and effect) for all Quality incidents like OOS (Out of Specification results), OOT (Out of Trend results), major customer complaints, Deviation from current QMSs, failure of experiments & Critical analyzers, Documentation failures etc. with the help of QMS database.
  • Provide QMS guidance / awareness / Internal auditors training for staffs in all locations across India.
  • Report to the functional and corporate management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement by follow up on all Quality Incidents/deviations & Conducting the regular documentation review across India as Internal Auditor.
  • Support the facility & Ensuring implementation / follow up on action plans (CAPA) from external Quality audits.
  • Coordinate between inter departments like distribution, sales, customer service group, Operation & Production, purchase etc. on day today basis and getting inputs for improving QMS and reporting the Quality performance report to Top Management monthly.
  • Conduct World Quality Day
  • Coordinate between sales / Business departments and getting customer satisfaction survey from A grade customers once in a year and making consolidated analysis report and reporting to MD. 
  • Conduct quality reviews across all plants to verify the QMS like testing finished product and Raw material as per SOP, Calibration of equipments, Availability of critical stocks etc...
  • Prepare protocols and conduct audits according to IP 2014 and FDA requirements and monitor detector tubes and analytical equipments.
  • Prepare and maintain action plan for 1S017025 audits.
  • Coordinate with laboratory and accreditation body for IS017025 related activities.
  • Participate in the development and communication of IS017025 policies for all lab personnel including the specific areas of standardization, customer satisfaction, and compliance requirements.
  • Support to maintain the different Safety systems in plant as required per Worldwide Safety & Environmental System.
