• Carry out requirement study and development activities complete the same as per the plan and schedule
• Work closely with business to ensure that the requirement is clearly understood and work towards satisfying the agreed project objective
• Carrying out activities as per QMF and Software configuration process.
• Adherence to estimation, design, coding and test standards
• Ensure projects deliver more stable systems into production in terms of new programs
• Ensure team works with agile toolsets JIRA, Git flow, Test driven development Junit
• Adhering design through componentization
• Making sure knowledge on the technology details to be passed to the developer.
• Ensure strong code review process as per the architecture defined
• Implement static code analyser tool -SonarQube for the team.
• Implement automatic deployment through Jenkins.
• Highlighting the technology gap to the management if any.
• Clearly give feedback about the technology capability of the team and their performance.
• Clearly demonstrate the self-assessment capability for improvement.
• Networking with other developers in the stackoverflow forums.
• Ensures bugs are tracked and resolved during all stages of testing, including the post implementation review
• Acquire adequate knowledge in both technology and domain that would help in better delivery
• Ensure appropriate and increased attention is paid to the risk elements, which include ensuring security, regulatory and audit requirements are met
• Ensure proper Knowledge transfer of new developments to the support teams
• Keep regular track on training requirements and attend training sessions as and when required
• Ensure familiarity with latest technology upgrades happening in IT world
• Ensure all group processes are adhered by each and every project that is getting implemented
