Job Details

• Giving inputs/ suggestions in preparing strategies for new applications and to contest overcome opposition/ objections on the trademark applications.
• Provide support for opposition/ objections raised on the applications.
• Conduct worldwide search for adoption of trademark & inform the management about its availability.
• Liaising with the Indian and & Foreign attorneys.
• Experience in IPR contract agencies, enforcement and IPR intelligence.
• Preparation, maintenance and updation of MIS of the IP portfolio of the Company.
• Collecting documents for filing new applications for trademarks/ copyright in India and across the globe.
