Job Details

• Review and Analyze the Financial Statements of the underlying investments and record them on the client portal.
• Record the highlights from the events occurred in the underlying investments/portfolio companies on the client portal
• Prepare underlying investments performance reports and report them in the requested formats Schedules and Pie Charts
• Perform Client (Investor) and Portfolio/Investments onboarding activities on the customer portals
• Maintenance and timely updates of static data on the portal
• Classify and upload documents received from numerous sources to the data management portal as per the prescribed categories.
• Active participation in systems enhancement and process improvement initiatives
• Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly performance reporting
• May require to work extra hours during peaks to handle urgent and adhoc requests.

• Ability to think on own terms and make decisions in the interest of the team

• Completing work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail with proven analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills Written and Oral
• Good knowledge of Financial Statement items like Balance sheet, Cash Flow Statements and Income statement
• Sound knowledge of Financial markets/Financial reporting
• Basic Knowledge of Stocks/Private Equity/Mutual funds is desirable
• Good at MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
