Designation	Unit Head - With Leading FMCG Industry Client
Job Description	Responsible for production as per agreed targets for quantity and quality. Liaisons with statutory bodies for appropriate statutory compliance. Build effective relationship with the associates. Overall responsibility for recommending and implementing capex proposals and negotiating best rates for scrap disposal. Co-ordinate with the other functions within India and the associates. Generate regular MIS reports for informed decision making. Develop SOPs for maintain organization standards & implement SOPs designed by the organization without fail.
Desired Profile	Well versed with Excel and Power point. Hands on with Manufacturing Operations. Strong knowledge about TQM Systems. Familiarity with the laws pertaining to factory/ labour/ excise ERP Skills. Very Good communication and interpersonal skills. People Management Ability & Exposure. Self starter. Good team player.
