Hiring For One of the Leading FMCG Firm.
Job Description
  • Develop Annual Brand Growth Plans based on 10 metrics Growth Operating Model, within the Overall Company / Market OGSM.
  • Based on understanding of Insights and thru Ideation develop Concepts that will drive consumption occasions and develop Concepts for Central Activation and Local Shopper Events.
  • Prepare the BARs required to run the activations in collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Present their thinking and analysis on Mental and Physical Availability initiatives to drive penetration and increase consumption to support their LM in prioritizing.
  • Lead engagement with media agencies to develop and execute efficient media plans fitting into the media budgets allocated to the brand as well as collaborate with customer marketing to plan and execute local POSM in line with strategic priorities and within budgets.
  • Category management: Plano grams, range optimisation and second placements in collaboration with Sales and Sales development.
  • Ensure all Documents Due as per APM are on time.
  • Ensure all Spends are within Budgets and prepare periodic outlook.
  • Ensure all activities respect the Marketing Code and Financial Governance criteria.
  • Monitor performance and prepare the Post Activation reviews as required.
  • Lead workshops to capture learning from activations.
Desired Profile
  • Business Degree in Marketing or similar necessary
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience. , Foundational experience in Sales/ Key Accounts is preferred
  • Sales experience Robust sales experience (preferably in FMCG) to help build understanding of sales operations
  • Brand Experience Great if they have demonstrated success managing brands in FMCG companies.
