Establish relationships with business stakeholders within the Internal Audit function to meet the operational and analytics needs of the organization

Increase effectiveness by performing whole population testing instead of random or judgmental sampling;

Identifies controls testing that can be automated through data analytics

Develops and deploys reporting and analysis that is accurate, complete and properly summarized to aid in audit initiatives providing insights to the audit team. Responsible for extracting and summarizing data from SAP/S4HANA and other corporate surrounding systems.

Has expert knowledge of SAP/S4HANA in memory / on premise database, tables, views and field usage.

Has understanding of database architecture, data organization and data warehousing

Understands business process, flow of data internally across various systems and platforms

Experience of using / working on visualization tools (Power BI / Click view / Tableau) to enable insightful reporting on exceptions

Develops a mechanism to provide required analytics to the internal audit field team within the specified SLA

Ability to write / review scripts for analytics

Creates library of scripts across various processes and keeps them updated considering the changes in the process / system / data

Determines report and dashboard development and design. Tests reports and dashboards and ensures that they perform as expected.

Enables continuous control monitoring over routine transactions and flags exceptions to the relevant stakeholders

Ability to analyse large amounts of data and investigates and researches anomalies. Works with department and/or functional teams to remove false positives.

• Exposure to manage a team of 3 4 IT Auditors (Managers and Sr. Managers levels) for providing Data Analytics support to the Auditors.
• Familiarity with some or all of the following: SAS, ACL, Tableau, Alteryx, TOAD, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, R, Python required.
• Ability to problem solve to determine root causes of anomalies
• Ability to summarize large amounts of complex data into management reports
• Experience of application of data analytics techniques and tools in a complex business environment, including the application of general statistical concepts against large volumes of data.
• Understand and write reports using various software and tools
