• Ensures the circulation and distribution of information to the stakeholders
• Ensures transparent communication to all relevant stakeholders through agreed modes - governance meetings, project management review etc.
• Plan and execute service improvement initiatives like automation tools for repetitive activities, incident reduction, etc.
• Ensures compliance to organization security policy
• Manage project and operational risks and issues
• Responsible for staffing as per project needs
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through periodic feedback and tracking action items to closure
• Conflict management, team motivation and performance appraisal, leading and encouraging
• Setting and tracking goals and objectives for the team aligned with business objectives
• Identify key functions, train and maintain back-up resources in domain to ensure business continuity
• Organizes, coordinates and leads the project team

• Manages mapping of skills necessary to the development of the IS - including identification and tracking of training plans

Experience in Project/Program Management.
Experience in Java technologies.
Handling team with Minimum 20+ members.
Experience in Dev-Ops.
Experience in Agile Development methodologies.
Exposure in Mobile Application development.
