Job Details

• Define the project strategy, create project timelines with inputs from all stakeholders and monitor and control the progress of the project.
• Plays a role of Scrum Master team to enforce agile principles and mange scrum process.
• Ensure all project deliverables are executed per the requirements of the design control procedure and adhere to the agreed upon timelines.
• Ensure established project management practices allow for effective, efficient and compliant development by monitoring best industry practices and integrating them into the organization
• Manage stakeholders expectations and communicate with various functions and other project teams for the successful completion of the project
• Define, create and disseminate reports that allow evaluation the corresponding project status and progress for project staff and management

• Project planning, execution, monitoring and control of Software Projects: Expert in Agile Methodology; Understanding of Software design, development and verification methodologies; knowledge of software developments tools, such as compilers, interpreters, programming editors, debuggers, source code control, defect management.
• Preferred Technical Competencies: exposure to project management of medical device development; understanding of medical device quality standards;
• Experience in medical devices, robotics, and/or surgical navigation is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
