• Build cash flow models to assess commercial viability of existing projects / potential projects
• Run detailed analysis of business concepts / ideas / cases and report on information basis desktop research
• Prepare presentations / investment pitch, notes, information memorandums for sharing with PE's / NBFC's / Banks
• Monitor and report on snags / variations in critical activities based on the project
• Track real estate sector trends, regulatory developments and market information on fundraising transactions
• Adept with preparing minutes of management meetings.
