Job Description
  • Responsible for both HR and IR matters.
  • To ensure statutory compliance as applicable under Labour Laws.
  • Liaison with regulatory authorities.
  • To drive core HR matters like Recruitment, Training, Performance Management and Employee Engagement.
  • To drive and supporting Health & Safety initiatives at the Plant.
Desired Profile
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills. 
  • In-depth understanding of labour laws & IR matters.
  • Able to manage the processes related to compliance by following SOPs, policies, Labour Laws and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Skill in core HR - Culture building, Change Management, Employee Engagement.
