  • Devising promotion schemes for distributors for overall business delivery
  • Formulation of strategies across channels to strengthen distribution across various regions
  • Formulation of strategies for Business expansion in coordination with field sales team
  • Responsible for brand visibility and activations for the zone
  • Developing strategies to drive business volume for North zone, Tamil Nada, Kerala & North East region.
  • Analyzing zone wise / area wise / Distributor wise stock & profitability analysis
