Job Details

• Must possess a thorough understanding of the entire configuration management, build and release cycle including continuous integration (CI)
• Responsible for planning, documenting, executing and maintaining deployment projects to deliver environments including branching, merging and release strategy
• Identify areas of improvement in the current infrastructure and help the product to move towards Continuous integration and deployment
• Administer and manage all the CM and build environments including source management tools, and build machines
• Experience with source code management, bug tracking, virtual machine environments, and Private cloud
• Constantly look to automate manual and repetitive tasks while reducing or optimizing build/release time
• Focus on performance, traceability, maintainability & integration of the deployed products
• Engage with multiple teams and manage their daily build/automation requirements
• Lead and mentor the team towards delivery of the day to day activities as per the SLA
• Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan
• Support the Product Owners and delivery managers in project execution
• Good knowledge of Agile processes (planning / stand-ups / scrum etc.), should be able to interact with cross-functional teams i.e. Infrastructure, Development, and QA
• Demonstrates a full understanding of SDLC
• Ability to work with both Client and Internal teams using a collaborative manner

• Strong Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle/Sybase) including PL/SQL.
• Good to have manual installation and configuration experience with a wide range of middleware products (WAS/WLS/JBoss/Tomcat).
• Demonstrated experience on programming languages like Java and scripting languages like Shell, bash.
• Release management using Maven and ANT.
• Experience in JIRA and CI Tools (Jenkins/Bamboo).
• Thorough knowledge of centralized and distributed version control systems (SVN/Git/CMSynergy).
• Must be proactive and self-driven, capable of working and handling multiple products.
• Good at communicating within the teams as well as with all the stake holders.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple release demands from various projects.
• Capacity to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
