Designation Lead Warehouse Opeartion - With Leading Retail Industry Client
Job Description

Financial:

  • Budget - Prepare, Obtain Approvals review timely, monitor & control spends, Vendor payments

Operational:

  • Leading the FM SCM operations as per approved SOPs/ SLAs
  • Upkeep & maintenance of complete automation systems and other facilities / services in warehouses 
  • Responsible for fulfilment of ISO : QMS 9001 & EnMS 50001 Compliance as per applicable international standard
  • Monitoring the planned preventive maintenance plan in coordination with Zonal team.
  • Periodical Review / meetings / conference calls with FM Team, vendors internal customers to achieve maximum uptime for equipments
  • Focus into Energy management/ electrical cost tracking/ management.
  • Monitor & ensure Resolution of pending technical issues
  • Drive the continual improvement projects.
  • Follow-up with the EPC for liquidating the punch points before a final HOTO process.
  • Meeting / review with customers ,format SPOC/CE and FM team for better service delivery in line with business
  • Scope finalization and vendor evaluation for FM services to avoid confusions and business continuity of operation
  • Periodic review and Creation/Validation of FM SOPs for business continuity of operation and continual improvement
  • Encourages and be open to the initiatives, feedback and ideas of others, in the interests of improving service delivery, quality and performance
  • Monitoring vendor payments for Business Continuity of Operation
  • Monthly site visit to understand the customer requirement & analyzing the quality of service delivery.
  • Automation implementation , transitioning to new technology requirements
  • Creating SOPs & Training Modules for Supply Chain Management operation requirements

People Development:

  • To engage and be a part of the team to evolve as a collaborative and high performance team
  • Update self with processes & documentation to perform efficiently.

Customer:

  • To put in place systems and processes to achieve customer centricity as a key value across all levels of the organization
  • Monitor & Review the internal customer relationship management strategies and also define processes for excellence in customer relationship management towards achieving better customer satisfaction
  • To measure Customer Delight quotient on an ongoing basis and use the quotient as an important variable while rewarding performance
Desired Profile

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Any Stream , Preferably Engineering Background
Substantial knowledge of the purpose and functions of Facility Management at Warehouses.
