Job Details

1. Responsible for Supplier Quality Activities of Heavy Fabrication parts say Chassis, Loader Arm & Buckets.
2. Knowledge of MIG Welding, Profile burning, Pressing, Punching, Machining and Painting process of Structural parts
3. Leading Warranty improvement project for Structural parts of Fabrication Supplier and achieve the target of PPM, T0, T3 and T12
4. Analysis & Effectively monitoring of Supplier's Warranty FPM & % failure trend to achieve and improve targets on T3 & T12
5. Monthly data review and ensure timely action with all Suppliers for warranty issues, PPM and their closure through way forwarding approach.
6. Implementing timely containment, Corrective / Preventive actions Receipt / line issues on dayto-day basis.
7. Auditing knowledge of supplier process in line with ISO 9001 & ISO / TS 16949 and special processes auditing MIG Welding, Heattreatment, Machining & Painting
8. Driving Supplier process improvement through Control Plan Audit, monthly plan and their closure
9. Responsible for Technical review sign off with suppliers, finalization of development plan & managing plan
10. Working Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and Review knowledge of Control plan, PFMEA, 8D, 5S, TQM to Improve supplier process
11. Effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions by error proofing techniques at supplier end
12. Managing supplier improvements activities through Tracking sheet with defined road map
13. Responsible for managing Receipt Inspection, Review of Receipt Quality Plan, Up-gradation of product Quality thro design improvements, Managing Quality of work delivered by 3rd party on Diverted parts, declaring Direct on line and Non direct on line parts
14. Review of structures / parts Penetration plan and periodic raw Material check and initiate suitable actions when abnormality is raised.
15. Knowledge of Steel Roll Mills is preferable
16. Working knowledge of SAP core team member of Quality Department
17. Predictive Quality analysis / Tools handling is must
