Job Details

Develop India Marketing Plan for MMP.
Support India Applications Team to develop industrial gas business in metals and material processing industry segments, mainly in heat treating.
Work with regional Sales & BD-MMP Team to sign up and start up new customers in MMP ( application support) for the region
Understand market trends in selected sub-segments, prepare marketing plans with GAMD and regional Sales / BD MMP team members, lead the implementation of the market plan. 
Implement existing applications technologies and introduce PX new applications to develop market in heat treating industry segments through working with regional Equipment Engineers and regional Sales / BD MMP team members, GAMD team to win new business and support business growth. 
Train regional Sales / BD MMP teams through providing training materials, marketing tools, joint customer calls, proposal preparation, start-ups and process optimization.

Preferably a Metallurgical / Material Science Engineering Graduate from any reputed Engineering College. However candidates with Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering with relevant experience in Heat Treating and Material Processing can also be considered.

Candidates should possess experience and flair for selling & marketing technology driven solutions and at the same work at project sites for hands on implementation. 

Additional requirements :

Should have spent some time in the Heat Treating domain or any kind of material processing industry

Should be conversant with Metallurgy behind Heat Treating processes and familiar with furnace, gas generators.
Should possess strong business sense and communication skills.

Required experience: Should have preferably spent at least 4 5 years, dealing directly with Heat Treating Processes.
