Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Approvals and Sanctions etc. Responsible for talent hiring across SBUs for all the levels. Institutionalize complete automation of the hiring function and ensure hiring through the system.
Talent Acquisition Leadership Hiring, Recruitment Consultant engagement and contracts, Mid and Senior level hiring along with workforce management across operating / new project sites. Critical Positions Identification and Gap filling, Business Continuity Plan. Campus Hiring Programme for Management and Graduate Engineer Trainees. 
Employee Life Cycle Management Responsible for ensuring smooth induction of employee, On Boarding procedure Compliance, Custodian for ABC , COBC Compliance, Employee transition to SBU, Probation and Confirmation etc.
MIS and Dashboard Linking performance metrics of HR Team and create more visibility on performance.
Performance Management and Appraisal Ensure compliance against the deadlines and lead appraisal discussions and outcomes. Increment and Rationalization of ratings. 
Organisational Development initiatives, Great Place to work for Survey and Certification, Employee Engagement Programmes and Calendar.
Leading training and development initiatives Leadership programmes, Young Leaders Programme, Institutionalize A-University. Project Management and Behavioral Programme.
Leading Comp and Ben Benchmarking surveys leading to Comp Banding.
Streamline Automation of HR Modules with the current HR Process.
Policy Preparing and Building and Diligence with Impact.
Diversity Governance and Compliance against Statutory norms.
Build and Develop the Organizational Culture / Revamp for 5G Model.

Desired Profile

Masters in HR with 18-24 years of Industry exposure.
Strong conceptually.
Extremely Innovative and Creative Mindset.
Must have high people and process sensitivity.
High on leadership abilities; must have handled large and diverse teams.
Solution Orientation must be high.
Ethical, High on integrity and compliant to Company and Statutory norms. 
Must be culturally fit and aligned to company value systems and practices.
Willing to travel if required. Contribute to Companys Growth and Performance.
