• Service Configuration & Provisioning as per guidelines,Audit and Reconciliation.
• Work Order Handling & Fulfillment of Standard Orders.
• Incident Work-around & Problem Work-around configuration Execution
• Platform related execution and coordination (Migration, Card swap etc.)
• Expansion configuration execution and coordination including 3rd party.
• Coordination with Field Teams, vendors to complete configurations / Migrations and end to end Work orders testing, within agreed SLA /OLA.
• Backup / Restore of NE/NMS/EMS components to and from internal/external system / Solutions.
• Routine / On-Demand Report generation on BACKUP/CONFIGURATION /PROVISIONING and STANDARD-WO status.
• New Feature Implementation, System Software & Application Patch Up gradation as per plan.
• Troubleshooting of issues observed during /post configuration & testing.
• Collaborate & assist internal teams during network issues and service roll out.
• MOP / SOP Creation.
• Support Change Induced Impact Analysis (Service, 3rd party etc.), Change Management.

Knowledge & Skills.

• Hand on Configuration Experience on EPC Core nodes (MME, SAE) , PCRF, DRA, BM-SC, SMLC.
• Hands on experience of Software up gradation/patch up gradation of EPC Core Nodes.
• In depth knowledge of LTE , EPC technology and IP/VLAN networking.
• Excellent understanding of Principle of2G, 2.5G ,3G & 4G Technology.
• Troubleshooting of EPC Nodes (MME / SAE) , PCRF , DRA e
• Knowledge of EPC call flows, EPC signaling and protocols.
• Knowledge of scripting (shell, python), good command on Ms Excel and Power point.
• Coordination with Vendors or Field Teams for Site Integration and visibility of all eNB nodes through EMS / GUI.
• Good analytical skills for troubleshooting of issues observed during /post Configuration activity / testing and handling escalations
• Implementation of new features in EPC network.
• Multivendor knowledge of EPC Nodes.
• Should possess strong execution & problem solving skills, documentation skills.
• Desirable IP /Telecom Vendor Certifications (CCNA), UNIX exposure shall be an added advantage.
