Responsible for developing, in conjunction with the Project Sponsor, a definition of the project.
Ensure that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications)
Ensure the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with all project contributors.
Responsible for managing the work of consultants, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team
New Initiative to increase Productivity, Cost Saving, Process Optimization, Water & Energy Saving etc.
Maintaining the utility & site infra in lieu with plant smooth running.
ROLE DESCRIPTORS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety Management PPE Compliance, Risk Assessment, Trainings etc.
Project Management & Planning: Establishes and manages project administration and ensures
resource adherence to prescribed contract requirements, specifications and ensures communications
and coordination with affected assets during the construction phase and stakeholder progress reporting.
Cost & Time Management: Works with the design owners to project analyse a cost guide and then works with suppliers and sub-contractors to build a quality project within the guidelines and standards as set company or as applicable
Quality Management: Ensures all new build projects are completed in adherence to Indian
Standards/applicable standard and Project specifications.
Contract Administration: Defining scope of work with applied term & condition. Making decisions
and the timely flow of information and decisions to enable completion of the project as required by the contract documents including review and observation of the construction/Maintenance project.
Energy Management: Regular involvement in saving of natural energy by new initiatives or by mechanical means.
Legal Compliance: Ensuring that all the legal compliance got fulfilled if any need to be covered.
Safety at workplace Ensuring Risk Assessment, Safety Training, PPE, DOs & Donts of site
Manage contract/tender process to ensure provision and maintenance of a safe working environment within Planning & Development
Manage the efficient and effective delivery of capital projects
Manage the delivery of Minor/Major Contracts
Provide leadership in coordinating and managing projects
Manage the development of a development of a customer focused service and a positive positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationships with working relationships with all the stake holders
